Here is the process for requesting an email be sent to the entire XR Australia mailing list. This was agreed by the National newsletter group on 16th August. (Mattermost source)
Anyone wishing to send an email via the national Action Network mailing list should send their proposal to the people with the State mandates to send out State newsletters. These include: @chris, @serena, @dankinna, @michael-qld-rocky, @emmas, @strange_planet, @editorkate, @fionanewsletter. Note we did consult @clairemelody from Tas but they didnt have time/resources to be involved in this discussion. The above group will then consult all State reps via the private Mattermost channel and make decisions about whether some States will occasionally decide to opt in or opt out…This group will then send out the National email.
