Polyester lining fabric is lightweight and catches the wind, and we try to use XR colours… but it’s also great to source secondhand fabric, or offcuts or seconds from fabric suppliers - use what you can get your hands on.
Designs can be screenprinted, blockprinted, handpainted or stencilled on. There may be rebels in your state who can help you print onto your flags.
